Salmon Tortilla with salsa
INGREDIENTS
80g Ocean Blue Lemon Pepper Sliced Smoked Salmon
4 Soft Tortilla wraps ( store bought or make your own)
I cucumber thinly sliced
Half an avocado sliced length wise
Hand full of salad greens
For the Salsa
I small red onion
Half an avocado
1 large tomato
Half a cucumber
For the dressing
Half cup sour cream
1tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Small red chilli (optional)
METHOD
Make the salsa by finely chopping and combining all ingredients. Whisk together sour cream, lemon juice and seasoning and set aside.
Heat Tortillas until warm (follow microwave pack instructions).
Place tortillas on a plate and top with sliced cucumber, avocado and Lemon Pepper Smoked Salmon. Spoon salsa on top and drizzle dressing over salsa.
