Steamed Salmon Teriyaki with zucchini

INGREDIENTS

1 Ocean Blue Steamed Salmon Teriyaki

1 tablespoon Extra Virgin olive oil

150g Soba noodles

1 Zucchini thinly sliced

1 Clove garlic chopped finely

 

For the dressing

1/4 cup mirren

1/4 cup soy

1 tsp sesame oil

Sea salt and pepper to season

METHOD

Pre-heat non-stick pan over medium heat, brush pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pan fry garlic and zucchini until soft and set aside.

Cook the noodles in a pot of salted boiling water as per pack instructions. Drain and refresh under cold water.

Heat salmon according to pack instructions*. Divide the cooked noodles between two plates.

Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over noodles. Carefully open the warmed salmon and place half on top of each plate. Spoon the zucchini garlic mixture on the side of each plate and enjoy!

 

*Ocean Blue steamed salmon fillets have been steamed cooked so are ready to eat. Heat gently to warm or serve at room temperature.
