Steamed Salmon with honey soy sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 Ocean Blue Steamed salmon with Honey Soy sauce.

2 cups cooked brown rice

6 Baby cucumbers thinly sliced

2 Nori sheets finely sliced

2 Spring onions finely sliced

Coriander to garnish

For the dressing- Mix together

1 Tbls spoon Tamari or Soy sauce

2 Tbls rice wine vinegar

Chilli flakes (optional)

METHOD

Warm the salmon according to pack instruction*

Place the cooked rice evenly into 2 bowls, pour over dressing.  Arrange half the steamed salmon on top of the rice in each bowl with the sliced cucumber. Sprinkle Nori pieces and spring onions on top and enjoy!

 

*Ocean Blue steamed salmon fillets have been steamed cooked so are ready to eat. Heat gently to warm or serve at room temperature.
